Do they deliver?
I talked to the owner and he said he is currently working on hiring a delivery staff
I don't believe in coincidence, is this an off shoot of pho 20?
It is not an offshoot and is very much still in business. Had lunch there three days ago. I believe the owners retired or one passed away and now has been passed on to the next generation. Significant improvements have been made in decor and quality of the food over the last six months.

Great service, tasty dishes. They can make fresh rolls with/without certain ingredients. Only wish they had vegetarian spring rolls. Very friendly staff.

The food took a while but I understand why, it was hot taste so fresh. Im so happy have a nice restaurant like this near my home.
